Course Pre Ride Blog

Pre riding the course is key to having a great race. Learning technical parts and getting a feel for the hills is important. Adjusting to climate as well and figuring out nutriton happens on the pre ride and pre training. It’s going to be cool this weekend at #im70mt but you still need hydrate even though you may not sweat as much as a hot race. I use less @f2cnutrition hydra durance per bottle when it’s cooler but you still need electrolytes to transfer water from your gut to muscles. So make adjustments to your nutriton considering, course, climate and effort but nothing drastic, just slight alterations.
