Intervals

Here is a photo from my first day of speed work on the track. What a great way to start, 3×800 then 6×400 in the poring rain! Oh well, it was cold but I still ran well all by myself, well, I had three coaches there!

    Hey Brent;

    Great to hear that the \”hay is in the barn\” and your positive outlook towards the W.C. race on Sunday.

    Pat and I regret that we most probably will not be able to be there to cheer you on on Sunday.
    However, we will be there in spirit.

    We wish you all the best and hope you have the run of your life!

    Love,
    Pat and Doug

    this post reminds me of watching you on the track in OZ… you were amazing, encouraging, and flying on that grassy thing!

    I hope this weekend you can run that well and feel that awesome!
