Hello .. I am so excited to announce that Brent has been back swimming and has been cleared to race IRONMAN 70.3 St. George North American Championships. His fitness is really coming along nicely as he prepares for his defence of IRONMAN Brazil on May 28th. The 5+ hour rides and 2.5 hour runs are happening and yet he still posted a 15:40 for 5 km in training today.
Brent is a racer and he is beyond happy to be able to represent all of you on these Championship stages over the next 6 weeks!!!
